His recruitment role was with CWA Talent Recruitment as Researcher then was promoted to be Recruiter. Then in 2014, he was Co-Founder of Leading Power Recruitment serving many public companies. He could manage 5 projects and achieve the ultimate goal.
Nichapat has very strong experiences in role Human Resource Management for more than 5 years especially in Recruitment Agent and Call Center industry.
In 2017, she has joined LPR as a recruitment officer. In just two years she was able to show her talent then got promoted and become one of the Talent Acquisition Manager. Not only for project management, she also responsible for new staffs training and monitoring sales target. With all the techniques from her experience, she could maintain, manage, and oversee the recruitment process to meet customer standards and satisfaction.
In 2016, she joined LPR as Recruiter Specialist. She determines to work for the company and being top sales by winning the prestigious award from LPR: “LPR Best Performance Award and Top Performance Award”. Then she got promoted as Project Manager.
