Chomporn Kasemnukoonroek

Khun Chomporn graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) major in International Business from Mahidol University International College and started her career as Executive Assistant to Group CEO at Caelan Wright & Associates and involved with HR since then. Her recruitment Journey has started at CWA Talent Recruitment as Assistant to CEO and then Mass Recruitment Manager in 2013.

Khun Chomporn was recruited to LPR since 2017 as Chief Human Resource Officer and also become one of the current Shareholders. Her outstanding skills are human resource management, negotiation, project management and strategic planning. Her goal is to bring out the best candidate for clients.

Prasittichai Pliansri

Khun Prasittichai was first started from Telesales (Insurance) Position for many leading insurance companies such as Ace, Cigna, Aegon and I-Direct with a total of 5 years working.

His recruitment role was with CWA Talent Recruitment as Researcher then was promoted to be Recruiter. Then in 2014, he was Co-Founder of Leading Power Recruitment serving many public companies. He could manage 5 projects and achieve the ultimate goal.

ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES AND CONSULTING MANAGER

Nichapat Kumsornta

Khun Nichapat graduated from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University since 2016 and started her working career in Business Administrator position 2013. After working as Business Administrator for years, she has an opportunity and a new challenge to work as Human Resource in one of the Recruitment company in Thailand in 2017. In addition, she has fulfilled her experience in role Human Resource Management (HRM) in management level for many years. She also worked closely with senior-level executives to execute HR best practices to align the objectives of the organization. In 2017, she has joined LPR 2018 as Human Resources Assistant Manager.

Nichapat has very strong experiences in role Human Resource Management for more than 5 years especially in Recruitment Agent and Call Center industry.
